Full-stack developer

At my first steps as a developer I worked on the maintenance of a Java desktop application. It was an Inventory tracking app used by large chains of restaurants,
built with Swing for the UI that was also able to communicate with third-party applications by exchanging csv files through an SFTP server.
Simultaneously, I also worked as a Full-stack Web Developer, enhancing the company's webapps back-end part, written in Java using the Spring framework, and
the front-end part building webapps on Angular 4.
I also worked on company's Reporting platform where I was responsible for creating reports using historical and real-time data. The data was retrieved from an
Oracle SQL database and the logic behind the reports was written in Java.
All these tasks, gave me the necessary experience and exposed me to a lot of aspects of Software Development. Also, working on the Reporting platform, made me taste
the job of a Data Scientist and I loved it.
Quality Assurance Engineer

Before I even graduate from university, FoodTec Solutions Inc, gave me the chance to work on the subject I was studying.
Being arround experienced software developers, was a great chance to help me grow.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, I worked along with the developers in order to test the new enhancements introduced
to the project. I was also responsible for troubleshooting issues reported from our customers, for witting test cases
and writting internal and external documentations. I was also lead in the QA team of a cross-platform mobile app that
started to be developed about the same time I joined the company.
I then made the transition to the company's development team. Having mastered the way the system should operate, having
worked with REST APIs, FTP and SFTP servers along with having to "dive" every once in a while into the code in order to
troubleshoot reported issues, made me feel confident enough to start my development journey

Working as a General Manager at Lambros Bakery P.C., being the one that was responsible for the proper operation of all the stores that the company possessed, I learned to be responsible and able to guide a group of people in order to achieve the company' s goals. I left this job in order to pursue my dream to work as a software developer.

I started working at Lambros Bakery P.C. while being an undergrad in order to earn my first salaries. Unexpectedly, after a few months I was promoted from a seller to Store manager and then to General Manager, having a great chance to learn how companies work and to acquire leading abilities.
